Gabe Jenkins is a husband, leadership coach, and founder of Pure Belief Studio, where he helps individuals, teams, and organizations cultivate identity-driven leadership, intentional growth, and sustainable transformation. His work is rooted in the belief that lasting impact begins internally — aligning faith, identity, values, and vision before pursuing external success.
Through leadership consulting, coaching, and development frameworks, Gabe equips students, athletes, entrepreneurs, executive leaders, corporate teams, and organizations to strengthen character, overcome limiting beliefs, lead with clarity, and cultivate healthier work environments and communities. His approach blends leadership strategy, personal growth, and faith-centered principles to help transform communities and organizations for the better.
Before transitioning into coaching and consulting, Gabe built his career across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, with additional experience in design, development, customer service, real estate, hospitality, media, and athletics. These diverse experiences shaped his creative, systems-oriented, and human-centered perspective on leadership, culture, impact, and organizational growth.
Shaped by his personal journey and professional experiences, Gabe recognized that many people — including leaders, entrepreneurs, students, creatives, and professionals — often feel constrained by external expectations, burnout, misalignment, and false definitions of success. Over time, these pressures can distance people from purpose, weaken culture, diminish well-being, and prevent individuals and organizations from reaching their full potential
